About The 28 Day Training Challenge

The 28 Day Training Challenge is a short course designed for students of all all ages and levels.  In this course will be primarily delivered via video.  Each day you will receive your daily challenges, plus along the way you will also receive mini lessons, weekly training routines & additional bonuses.

Each of the daily challenges is designed to target different areas important to your karate development.  Some challenges will focus on physical conditioning or fitness, some will focus on body control, balance or flexility, some will focus on technique development, and others will challenge your mind and focus.

Because this course is aimed towards a wide audience of students at a variety of levels, we expect that for some people, the exercises will appear to be quite simple, but if take the time to look a little closer you can always take things a little deeper and take your karate to a new level.
